Balancing beads
Anybody ever use these to balance wheels?
My MT's keep going out of balance, so I have been looking at these.
Sound too good to be true.
Do they work?

Here is a thread on balancing beads. In the thread there is a link to another forum that was discussing them too. As soon as I finish my homemade tire changer I am going to try the Walmart BB's beads in my Dodge truck tires and see how they perform. For the BB's you need to break the tire bead to get them in.

Cool, thanks. Gonna try counterbalance ceramic beads.
I really hate it when out of balance tires on my Jeep "whoop" down the road.

When I drove mine on the road I used airsoft bbs in mine that I mounted in the garage and they didn't have any weights on the wheels. Rode smooth as any overly lifted heep does.
