Default is this bad

Flushing the coolant and noticed this. Is this bad? I couldnt get it to tighten up but it will go back and forth

Try removing the nut, the bolt is most likely pressed it, cleaning the threads and using an impact to run it home

most likely the threads stop there to allow movement of the link

the bushings is shot,you need to replace it

Take them off if you aren't way high in the sky...... It's more fun and capable.

replace both of them. really cheap parts. and its simple as hell to do. dont want to induce death wobble by having bad/no sway bar links!

So i should replace bushings on both sides? I thought it was odd becaause one side with move back and forth and one doesnt. The bolt doesnt seem to tighten up on the side that moves. So will new bushings fix this or is there something more

That little gap means nothing, you can see that there is rust in that gap proving that the bushing is not moving back and forth.

x2 the bolt is fine your bushing is shot replace boths sides when youe get the chcance probably like a 20 dollar part
