Which lights do you mean by "normal", the marker/running lights? Do they turn on anywhere, only the back lights out, or none work at all?

The rear lights have two filaments in the bulb, one is for marker lights. I'd start by verifying the bulbs are OK. Then check the bulb socket for +12V with the running lights on, and for a good ground connection.

I think he means just the usual rear lights.

Have you tried replacing the bulbs?

Haha man i love you guys makes me laugh when im reading this. But yes it is just the normal running light like u turn on when it gets dark. I have not checked bulbs will do that when the sun comes up and see if any electricity coming through. If not what should i check next? And also i already checked fuses so its not that

That's still all of them dude.

Ok...just messing with you, lol. The running lights. Got it. Check the bulbs, check for voltage at the sockets, check for ground at the sockets.
The running lights have their own section in the headlight switch. If none of them work, look there next. Those switches go bad on a regular basis.
