Default Axles

I have a crysler 8.25 i was looking to go bigger. what is a strong axle that will bolt in or have very little modification?

If the 8.25 in your 95 XJ is the stock unit then it is the 27 spline axle shafts. You can find a 29 spline 8.25 from a 97-01 XJ and it will be much stronger and de a direct bolt in swap. The only difference is the e-brake cables and they are easily changed over. Other than that, the only bolt in axle that is stronger is the Dana 44 from a 87-89 XJ and they are v ery hard to find.
