Default axle shafts

i have a 92 cherokee and i have completely forgotten if an axle shaft from a 95 dana 30 will work?

Any non disconnect d30 shaft will work. Just know there are 2 different sized ujoints for d 30s.
260x and 287x
You want the 297x if you wheel. Look for post 94 d30s or any d30 with abs. Those will have your 297x u joints

and how do i tell if theyre disconnect? and yea i just need spare shafts for when i break em with the 38s
until i have money saved up fpr the axle upgrade

easy going plus its winter time man.. everything is covered with ice and is not hard at all.. so it should work correctly then? if someone can tell me how to tell if its a disconnect or not

I literally just did. If it is two pieces.

Oh, well if you don't wheel it I guess you could make it work. How are the brakes, steering, and axle handling all the extra weight and resistance?

If your not wheeling it your probably fine.
If you are and you get lucky and don't break the shafts you will probably be blowing through spider gears and ring and pinions. If your locked the carrier won't stay in one peice long on 38s.
I'd be saving for a d60 man

oh i will be wheeling it, its not my dd. and of course not its locked in the front, and i am saving.. its from my parts rig and id like to carry spare shafts if i have them but i don't understand the two piece?

The passenger side is literally two pieces.

oh duh... and the steering has some bump but it had it to begin with, the axles do fine, thing only gets drove occasionally and only for wheeling so there's no big worries.
