I need to replace the right front axle shaft on my 99, what years should I look for? There are a lot of people parting out jeeps on CL but they're all like 94, 95, etc. so I'm not sure if they're compatible. Also would a Wrangler shaft be compatible?

It depends if you ae looking for ones with abs or not.

 

No ABS.

 

Then im pretty sure you need 96+ unless you want to replace both, otherwise your u-joints wont match, otherwise you should be fine. Check at a junkyard, they should have some, or new ones dont really cost that much either.
