Default Axle Seal?

Ok about a month ago I replaced my Right Front passenger wheel bearing. In the process i accidentally pulled the axle out of place. i simply put it back in there making sure it was in the splines. The axle seal i was unable to get it to snug back in there So i let it be. For about a week i had some oil or greese on the inside of that tire. I whought no Biggy thinking it was just a lil excess off the axel itself. Now im noticing a poping sound as i turn sharp and hard. Is this all the front differental fluid leaking out? SHould I have this seal replaced? Will I need a new front end?

The popping sound is likely to be one of the front axle U joints going bad. check them for play, but if your getting gear oil coming out the end of the tube then you def have to replace the seal.

The real oil seal is next to the differential. The seal at end of axle tube is to keep debris out.

yea replace your differential seals replace both of them while you are in there so you wont have to take it apart again and the clicking sound is probably a ujoint or possibly a bad wheel bearing

It looks like you have stock wheels? Your tires could be hitting the control arms causing that popping noise. My pop like mad when turning fully in both direction. The tread hits the arms.

I have a popping noise once in awhile coming from the drivers side, put on a brace bar, steering brace, and made a brace out of flat steel for the outer frame to steering box to reinforce

I do have stock wheels. And they Do rub. But i hear this noise when not at full lock. Mostly a left Turn. Also i know my Steering box is leaking and i plan i changing it out with the Durango box.
