Yesterday I heard some clicking when going from park to reverse when pulling out, so I put it back into drive and clicking/grinding back into the parking spot. Pulled back out a little farther the grinding started then stopped afetr a few seconds in reverse. Put it back into first same grinding/clicking then stopped.

There was fluid coming from the passenger rear wheel. Pulled the wheel thinking wheel cylinder dislodged of something. No problems with the brake, not brake fluid. Fluid is coming out from axle housing.

I've never taken an axle apart before, so what could it be? I assume I'll have to remove the diff cover to get the axle to come out and fix whatever it is?

This sounds like what happened to my jeep. What axle do you have? My issue was a bad wheel bearing, and it sounds like you have the same issue. It's scary doing it your first time but if you do some reading it's straight forward enough. I'll post the links I used in a little bit. If you have the 8.25 rear end I have all the part numbers I used, timkin everything.
