Hello all,

For about a month now there is a noise I am getting before my transmission shifts, its like a ringing noise similar to chains plus the belt squeaking put together. It seems to be more prominent when under hard acceleration right before it shifts. All I can find online is whining noises or grinding, its not like that at all, and the fluid is a clean red filled, to the appropriate level. I have drained and refilled the pan once just to try see if it changes anything ( dex/merc used always). Ive heard something similar on a youtube video of an xj giving it the beans up a hill, the sound is likes chains being dropped constantly piling up until it shifts, haha that's the best way Ii can describe it. Ive been scouring the internet to find a video that has this noise.


Any ideas?
