Default Anyone know where to find replacement side molding?

More specifically, replacement side molding for a '96 XJ Country?

I purchased my first XJ a few weeks ago and I absolutely love it. I have big off-roading plans for it, but first I'd like to fix a few minor mechanical and cosmetic issues. One of the things I'd like to fix sooner rather than later is the exterior molding around the doors.

Not my Jeep, but identical in color. I've seen Countrys with tan molding and gray molding (I hope I'm using that term correctly) and somehow I ended up with gray.

I've browsed sites like 4WheelParts, 4Wheel Drive Hardware and Jeep 4x4 Center but everyone seems to have the same diagram without what I'm looking for.

On the other hand, I could just remove all of the pieces and somehow get rid of the leftover adhesive. That way I could just put bedliner on the lower portion of the door (unless I get carried away and do the whole XJ).

Thanks in advance for advice and opinions!

I did a quick search for you and found this, it's for 97-2012 but May point you in the right direction. I searched 1996 cherokee body molding in google. Hope it helps.

You're the man. Thank you!

//edit// It looks like those are actually turquoise in color... But at least I have a better idea of where to look!

IF you're after the dark grey ones, I'll be pulling mine off of my 96 here shortly. I was just gonna toss 'em in the trash.

Yeah there are a bunch for sale on ebay, check out team cherokee too they have them from time to time. Mine were peeling so I just pulled them off, sanded and bondo'd the panels and used some Fusion Krylon satin black! looks cleaner!

Most of us just take them off they are plastic glued on the body.A 3m adhesive eraser wheel in a drill will remove the glue left with out doing any damage to the body or paint.
