Default Another Which Shocks ?

I have the 3.5" RE Lift.
I now need shocks, My Budget is $200 for all four.
What is the best shocks I can get for that price ?
I know you get what you pay for, but $200 is my limit.

How about The Doetsch Pre-Runners or Baja's:

for the price RE Monotubes would be a good choice. I don't think you could get much better for that price. Another worth looking at is BDS.

Doh I forgot the RE Monos are more like $300..My RE Twin Tubes are pretty nice not super smooth but they work great. Although if I had it to do over I would spend the extra on some nice Mono Tube shocks.

JK shocks work good for that amount of lift. They ride nice too. You can find them for 20 to 40 dollars for a set of 4 with very little miles on them.

07-09 jk wrangler shocks, stock height no lift. Red ones are better, The ones that came off the rubicons. All you have to do is remove the bar pins from your xj shocks and install them in them in the bottom of the front jk shocks. For the rear all you have to do is press the sleeve out of the bottom bushing. I did all four shocks with vise took about 30 minutes. There are write-ups on other forums for this. naxj.org, jeepforum.com. JK shocks work for 3-5 inches of lifton an xj. Shocks are easy to find with everyone lifting there new wranglers
