You might want to look into the nss, atleast try putting the key in and running it through all the gears, it can help clean off the contacts, also the tranny cable can be adjusted, if its not nice and relatively taught id re-tighten it. There's a thread here somewhere on how to do it, I'm on my phone so I can't really look it up right this second lol

Sweet. I'm going to try and clean nss today, just to see if it will do anything. If not I'm ordering a new one tonight. But! I took new tps off and put old one back on and my new problems went away. I decided to do this after my jeep died twice this morning after taking my foot of the gas. So maybe I tested my old one wrong ?

Well...if it dies when your foots off the gas that sounds more like idle air controller to me...

Put the nss back on, made sure it would start in park and then in neutral and made sure the reverse lights were working. Everything worked. My check engine light was not on. Ran fine for about 20 minutes, and then started doing it again. CEL is back on. Its definatly not as bad though. When It shifts from first to second it is still bogged down but I can feel its not as bad as it was. Im going to try changing my fluids to see if that will help at all?

Haven't had any more problems at all. Seems like cleaning nss worked. Only did it once after. Pushed it to some limits today and did amazing. Thanks for all your help guys!
