It's fixed!! Turns out it was the heater core.... Flushed it several times the other day with water with no results but I figured I'd do it a few more times today before I pulled the pump and it's working now
I flushed it this time with compressed air and used "The works" for calcium, lime, and rust....$1 a bottle at Family dollar and it only took 3 bottles to soak it twice. Let it sit in the HC for about 5 minutes and then flushed it out again with air and repeated, then I flushed it several times with water to be sure all the chemical was out. Pulled the thermostat housing and drilled a 1/16 inch hole at the 12:00 position of the thermostat to let any air through so it wouldn't vapor lock and now she works great!!

If it works, what have you got to lose? Replacing the core is a PITA so this is something to consider before tearing your Jeep apart.
Here is a link to a youtube video that explains the general process.

Alright... well this worked for me as well... ran two treatments of CLR through it and plenty of water and junk.... and it is back to heating up quite nicely now.. and notice that my engine doesn't climb heat wise nearly as quickly now... that is kind of nice as well!! Thanks for the link again tjwalker!!
I've heard if you leave the CLR in the core too long it'll eat through, forcing the replacement of the heater core.
Just something to keep in the back of your mind. Use caution, don't leave it in there long.
