Default 1990 cherokee will not come out of fill time.

OK Im new to the site. Not to 4x4 this is my first cherokee. My cherokee will not come out of full time. I have tryed adjusting the linkage and pulling the linkage off and doing it by hand and it will not come out.

I need some help I can think of anything else.

Be sure all tires are at the same air pressure. Imbalance can create a condition making it hard to get out of 4WD. I've seen this multiple times.

If you got an auto trans. try slowly shifting from R ,N,D and back a couple times. Sometimes rolling a couple feet ahead or back can help too. The first couple times can be tricky, but you'll get he hang of it.

Ok so I checked the oil in the T-case and it was bone dry. Me and a Friend put some oil in. I got it to come out of full time. Now its stick on part time. Something in the front end is ticking.
