Was going thru some threads, unfortunately couldn't find what I was looking for. 96 with a RC 4.5 X series lift, steering stabilizer, adj track bar. I build up my front diff, so when it went back on I also installed new drop pitman, drag link and tie rod joints, hub assembly, gear box(spacer is good). Running 35x12.5x15. Had it aligned and drive 80 miles to offroad location, offroaded for the day and drive home 80 miles. This was last week and suddenly I got a DW today doing about 50... Horrible Dw! What am I missing or look for? Prethanks!

Rebalance your tires and check your ball joints for play. Go through and check control arm bushings and check every single bolt.
Have a friend hop in, start your XJ and move the steering wheel all the way left to right to left to right to left and so on while you sit in front and look for looseness in all components. Something is loose or worn down there. If not, you may have to get it re-aligned.

So I finally got down to retriple check muy front end components, though it's all new. My track bar had a bit of play. I had a feeling I didn't tighten enough, since I was worried of over tightening. After I properly tighten it, should I go back for and alignment again? Thanks again everyone for your help...especially the non sarcastic help! ;-)
If you just tightened your track bar and didn't make any adjustments then I would say drive it a bit first before paying for another alignment. A loose track bar can definitely cause DW and you may have cured it with a wrench.
Death Wobble was terrifying in my stock '89 with stock wheels and tires, I can't imagine what it's like when 35s get going. Hope you fixed it with the track bar tightening.

Death wobble gone! Can't believe I didn't tighten every thing down. It literally took like 2 turns. Thanks for all the help!
