Whats the most miles anyone has put on their radiator? I have 141k on mine and just wondering how much more I can push out of it.

Cool

Same radiator that came from the factory. 161k miles.
Still cooling at 190. Regular fluid maintenance.

It depends on if the owner has habitually flushed it and taken care of it. Most dont. I have seen 200k but typically 150-160k. I wouldnt wait, once an XJ has an overheating issue, it tends to get worse quickly and then be a PITA to fix.

It's all about how they are maintained. The schedule calls for a flush every 30k miles.

My radiator is 22 years old, at 140k i removed it, unwelded one side, cleaned the clogged lines with a wiper blade rod and put it back together. Still works fine.

When I first started reading about Jeep's 4.0L six, one would think that it had an overheating design flaw. Our '98 XJ was a city fleet vehicle up for auction and I kept thinking "surely the city wouldn't have kept it for 12 years if they had an inherent overheat problem". Now I'm thinking the 4.0L is an extremely rugged/reliable engine but some of their owners have the "drive it like you stole it, little to no maintenance" design flaw.

120k before the stock one let loose.
I had never flushed it.

True that brother. My wife thinks I am crazy and I spend too much time on it. I cant do the turn the stereo up and ignore the issue. If I hear something odd, I will search until I find it. I got the day off today and I am searching for this exhaust leak.
