Just a suggestion.
I've had Throttle Position Sensor issues after engine hot. Always a good cold start. Erratic after warm up. Check your TPS settings. Cruiser's tips give the set up values.
I chased tail and replaced couple times. Current unit (Standard brand, Napa) is working flawlessly (jinx) for about a year.
Check your settings. If settings don't jive and are suspect then change the part.
I'ts a $75 part here, perhaps less in Cali.

Fuel side was gone through by a good shop, and worked well for a good year b4 doing the no restart thing,
But I don't know what the pressure is, yes there is spark👍🏽

Whitebox fuel pump?
Check it with a fuel pressure gauge.

My AC compressor was forced on with the wrong bolts by the previous owner so it sits every so slightly loose, and I mean SLIGHTLY. I bought this belt because I heard it REALLY helps with squeals:

And sure enough, I don't have a slight squeak when I gas it hard anymore.
