Looking to buy a 4 door cherokee.........Any ideas on the best years and models?

 

90 and newer. Only diferences between models is paint and other decorative items. Newer the better, lowest miles you can find, best condition you can find. 2000-2001 some of these have a head that cracks if overheating occurs and low pinion front axel. 97-99 are considered the best, but any year with the 4.0 and a AX15 or AW4 transmission are good.
