you will need longer shocks for down travel. your gonna want new LCA's and trac bar too.
I dont like spacers in my opinion, they look cheap and dont provide much.

i can see were you say it will look cheap. lol but i just bought my 3 inch and i really would rather not spend more for a bigger lift rite now just like to add to it. and what would you say my max would be on flexing with 3 inch lift shocks? i have 33s on my jeep now i cut my fenders tonight cuz i was rubbing and ill have new bump stops soon.

It depends on the length of shock. If you have shocks that fit a 3inch lift exactly your going to loose 2 inches of down travel because when you put those spacers in your extending your shock out 2 inches more. Now if the shock is a little longer than what is just needed for a 3 inch lift you will loose less. And maybe none at all. But you dont wanna be "bottoming" out your shocks.
you might be able to get away with it but shocks arent too expensive so i would get them when you can.

Not required but without a doubt a good idea. in the mean time, limiting straps.

if youve added 3inches and are adding another 2. then yes, required. any lift 3inches or less front and rear, youre fine, if its your daily driver. now if you over extend on a trail wth a 3inch and stock shocks, thats iffy. anything higher than 3inches youll NEED shocks, t-case drop kit (or sye), trac-bar, new alignment.
