AC, what is missing?

From the pic it all looks like it is there. I see the compressor, condenserand hoses leading to the A/C radiator. there should be some wires on the topconnecting to the pulley. If it is not working maybe the low pressure switchgone bad or low Freon. There may be hole in radiator core or condenser maybebad. Best bet would be take in to a A/C shop for check. Look for a free one.

Yeah, and it's the low pressure or suction line...it would be connected between these points (red circles), and the valve that it connects to on the compressor is turned around backwards.
