Ac blows fuse

Engine: 4.0L upgraded charging system & blue top, flowmaster 44, hi flow cat and two core rad.
Ac blows fuse
When I cut on my ac it blows the fuse immediately, when I turn it to vent with no ac works fine. I tryed unplugging electric radiator cooling fan, not it. Anybody got any ideas what it is? Thanks

What about turning on the vent to floor? Don't know much about it, but i'm sure somebody who does will chime in.

Update: I found the problem with ac fuse blowing, it was a open wire in the dash by radio. So moral of the story is be careful when replacing radio. Haha
