Abs to non abs booster

Abs to non abs booster
I have a 94 xj without abs and I want to upgrade to a dual diaphram booster/master cylinder out of a 98. If the 98 has ABS will it affect me at all?
Also is there a good write up for this I found the madxj one but the more the better.
