I have ABS on a dana 40 on the back i belive... (97 sport). Its winter and living in new england causes me to have problems stopping so quick. But more frequently ive been using my brakes going down hills, i have to what it seems press them almost maxxed to slow down substantially, and stopping maybe too fast?? has cause me to here a grinding and it will jerk abit and slide (im sure thats obviouse to some) Heres the part id say maybe has something to do with it maybe....
Bleeding the brakes maybe?? and to top it i need sway bar bushings a steering damper and box, known for a fact. and possibly new u and ball joints id only imagine. Im saving for a 3'' rustys lift so im saying **** the leaf springs until then. Would any of those be a causing of my weak brakes??
