Default ABS and Airbag

Sorry if this has already been asked, I tried searching but had no luck.

Some times when I start my car the ABS and Airbag lights stay on.

Every time this happens:
- Blinkers don't work
- Heat/AC wont work

Sometimes:
-Stereo has no power
-Wipers don't work

Does anyone have any idea what this is?

Thanks in Advanced

your ignition lock return spring is worn. its not turning all the way back to the run position. caught in limbo somewhere between the crank position and run position. next time this happens gently turn the key back. or replace the switch assy.

Thanks for the help. Having other ignition issues as well. Sounds like I should just replace the cylinder and the switch. Sucks to have two separate keys though.

pulling a lock cylinder out and keying it isnt bad to do... or even just bring it to a locksmith and have him do it. it's a matter of replacing small discs in the same order as the old one. i just saw it done yesterday as a matter of fact. you tube some videos on "keying lock cylinders" to get an idea. or as you said just rock it GM style and use two keys. personally i would just get used to making sure the key is fully back in the run position and live with it.

That's my plan..

The car starts and everything works fine 95% of the time. Save the money until I really need to replace something.

Thanks for the help though. Just wanted to narrow down the problem.
