As long as you have any skill with a wrench you should be ok. And you will save a lot of money doing it your self.

I think the hardest part is dealing with the coil over shock in the front, they leaf in the back is a hell of a lot easier. Youll do fine. Good luck

My first jeep I had never even changed a shock before. I put my own loft on very easy actually. It seems that with proper tools and patience you can o it. Just take your time and you should be able to do it. IT actually not that difficult to do.

It is really not that bad to do. Mite take more time to get it done but it is not to bad. I just use my dads old tools he gave me. It is not bad only if you know what you are doing. You can have all the tools in the world but if you do not know what your doing they cannot help you.

the lifts on these arent that bad to put on all you need are some pretty basic tools to get the job done just some patience but its great to do it yourself that way when something breaks you know how to fix itthe more work you do your self the better in my opinion that way if something should break on the trail you can fix it yourself good luck

Default Hardest part

Putting everything on is the easy part of the job! The hardest part is getting every thing off. It usually seems that every darn nut, bolt, and screw is rusted or sezed! Take the prep work and PB blast everything days b4 and every day leading to when your gonna work on installing the lift. EVEN IF ITS A NEWER XJ just be safe and spray them down! Trust me it will save you alot of swearing and throwing of tools.
P.S. If you run into snags just post them... everyone here is awsome on helping a fellow XJ'er!

Point the front towards something solid with an anchor point so you can use a ratchet strap to pull axle forward. It will make installing control arms way easier to install. Other than that it is piece of cake.
