Default 96 cherokee wont start. helpp

ok guys need your help big time, heres my problem: about a month ago when the jeep was driving it was "bucking" or "hesitating" on accel, almost as if i had a misfire or the timing was off(motor was swapped bout a year ago so i kno the timings right) and a random day bout a month ago i was drivin and it just cut out completely stalled and hasnt started since, and when i try to start it, it just cranks and cranks but wont fire over, *computer is not throwin any codes* since then i have replaced:
-Thottle position sensor
-IAC
-Crankshaft sensor
-Camshaft sensor
-Distributor

and still nothing. also i checked fuel pump which is good, fuel filter is fine, and fuel is gettin all the way up to the rail. I wasnt able to check the voltage to the injectors today because i forgot my multi-meter, but all the injectors are new wit new o rings and the rail is clean, never had any problems with fuel in the past.

please if anyone has any kind of advice, things to check, test anything..im completely stumped so anything is greatly appreciated

dud you drain the fuel rail? then re prime if you were low on gas air will build up in the rail and cause it, I know it happened to me lol.

also pull spark plug and check for spark.

Any spark coming from the coil? If not, is there voltage to the coil? Have you checked the fuel pressure? Having gas at the rail isn't enough.

spark from the coil is good, spark on the plugs are good, fuel rail is puttin out 32 or 33 psi i forget exactly, the only thing i havent checked is if the injectors are pulsing, but if there all new and werent givin me problems before, im assuming all six wouldnt go at once, so im thinkin electrical but its not throwin any codes

Hmmm. This all sounds odd. Maybe I'm not understanding Jeep mechanics so let me ask the most basic question I can and I'll ponder from there. IF all 6 spark plugs are sparking and all 6 injectors are delivering fuel the things has to start. Correct? If not then my next comment means nothing . Assuming all 6 plugs are firing correctly if you shoot a bunch of starting fluid right in the intake it would start at least for a moment?

Yes, only three things are really needed to start- Air, Fuel, and spark... and of course compression and timing. It's really better to diagnose these kinds of problems rather than just throw parts at it.

At this point start with new plugs, dry ones. Check your spark and then pour a little fuel in the throttle body. Does it start? If not then you have something major wrong, like maybe no compression or timing chain broke- very unlikely but possible.

Report back.

Well..If this was my XJ here is what I would do at this point. First I would pull each spark plug one at a time and make sure they were firing strongly. having determined that and out of other ideas I would do the following. Now this is completely unsafe and I highly suggest you don't do it but if I was this stumped and just had to know..I would pull the fuel rail off but leave the fuel lines and all the injectors locked into the rail, cover the engine with a blanket or whatever to shield it from the spray, aim it away from me, then have someone turn the key and see if the injectors are actually spraying fuel. If not then I would try and figure out why.
