I just bought my first jeep. 95 Cherokee sport with 103,000. It was running pretty rough when I got it. I've done the whole spark plug tune up. New MAP sensor, IAC. Waiting on a couple more parts. TPS sensor new vac lines as a couple are kinda rigged. As of right now I am getting code 13 and can't find a vacuum leak. I have a video of me pulling the vac line to the FPR and when I put it back on it seems to run better for a few moments. Anyone able to help? Thanks

No video needed.
Have you done a compression test?
How did the old spark plugs look?
Did you replace cap, rotor and wires?

Check the electrical connector to the MAP and also it's vacuum source.

Fixed the map problem. Vacuum system all good now. Think I figured out the problem. When I touch the connector to the tps sensor I can get it running good for a few sec then it either idles high or rough or ****s off. Seems to be the ground in the connector. And I cannot find a new connector? Any ideas how to fix this?

Unplug the connector. Look inside. It should be quite obvious what needs to be done.
Pulled the rubber out of the back. Looks like metal clips or something in there but they do not pull right out. Is there a way to disconnect them?

Don't take it apart. Just make sure the connectors are all the way forward evenly.
Perhaps tweak/twist them individually so they make a tighter contact when plugged in.

They are as tight as I can get them. I think they need to be crimped a little more somehow
