95 cherokee wont start when over 160

95 cherokee wont start when over 160
Hello I have a 95 cherokee se. every time it gets above 160 degrees it will not start if turned off. open the hood when it cools below 160 it starts and runs fine. I rerouted and insulated fuel lines, changed crank pos. sensor, and still the same. i also have a 95 and park them side by side and the only differance is the 94 the fuel injector part on the engine is steel and 95 is alluminum. i like the truck and would really like to fix it if any one could help. thank you

I had the same prob when i put a small block in an s10. Reaplaced the starter and all was good. Headers on the v8 put too much heat on a bad starter and it wouldnt start till it cooled down.
