95 cherokee wont start? blew ecm1 fu

Blew ecm 1 fuse and i replaced and it still kept dying..i need help with this..

Engine: 12 hole bosch Injectors

No 1 60 amp in pdc Alternator maybe....http://www.lunghd.com/Downloads_and_...t_breakers.pdf

All fuses are good i passing current thru..no fire at coil! Idk what to do
