Angry 94 no crank, no start

Hi all i have done a ton or reasearch and am comming up way short. I have a 94 xj 2wd with a 5 speed and i cant get it started. I have power, bat is good, new starter. I have searched this forum and have not found anything. Ive looked at all data and tried to find the nss and all it talkes about is the one for the auto, nothing for the ax15. Looked at my clutch and nothing is attached to it to bypass.

Any help would be great. I dont have a dvom, but i do have a test light. I would like to start making this jeep my daily driver for the winter and put my car away.

Is it maybe on your clutch? I have one but the PO bypassed it wherever it is. I'd look under there around the clutch pedal......so you get no click whatsoever when you turn to start?
Gotta run, good luck.

Added...I see now you looked. My 84 doesn't have one ether. (I looked).

I assume it doesn't crank. find the clutch safety switch and bypass. If that doesn't work check battery cables. could always try rapping on the starter just in case it's hung up.

None of that helps. my bat is good and so is all my fueses and relays for that matter too. i am on my second starter in 3 months. could it be that my starters are just bunk? if so what would make them go out that fast?

Well it looks like i fixed my lil problem. It was just a bad batt. Got a new one and it took a lil while but it fired up. Went and got gas and drove it. She runs like a champ. I am spoiled with driving my car. There is A LOT of road noise and its way rougher of a ride, but way better for winter driving(even being 2wd) than my 07 300.
