93 jeep cherokee sport clutch issue

93 jeep cherokee sport clutch issue
I have 93 jeep and I'm having clutch issues. 1) I can start engine without engaging clutch. 2) when clutch is engaged I try to shift into gear and it grinds. 3) I have in 1st gear press in clutch and it trys to take off when I try to start it.
