92 XJ valve tap

92 XJ valve tap
On my 92 XJ sport 4.0 5spd.
Has had a very mild valve tap for a while .
Did an oil change and now the tap comes and goes.
I do an oil change before every winter and summer.
add in some STP oil treatment if I am on a long cruise.
Any thoughts ?

Engine: 4.0 HO
Switching to 10w30 Mobil 1 even at 220000 cured quieted my engine considerably. I'm a fan of it. The 4.0 is noisy no matter what after awhile, kinda comes with the territory after awhile it seems with most high mileage motors.
