what would be the gear ratio be in my 92 jeep sport 2wd 6cyl manul

 

3.07 comes stock with manual transmissions

Check the tab on your axle just to be sure, never know if a PO might have replaced the rear axle.. If its still there you should be able to look close to the edge of the right side of the diff cover and see the number.

 

when getting dana 30 for conversion get from stick shift vechicle or both front and rear from a automatic 355 ratio cheap gear upgrade make sure you get a high pinion

 

x2^ More than likely will be easier to find both axles in 3.55's than to just find 1 3.07.

There are prolly 30-40 threads on this prolly even a sticky lol jeeze! And unless irs is differnt, im sure the search tool coulda found it.....

 

The tab was put there by the factory, it has the stock gear on there. If a PO changed the gears that tab won't tell you a thing.

 

That is true... Didnt really think about them changing the gears, was more thinking a whole FR axle swap to like 3.55 or something like that lol
