Default 92 Jeep Cherokee problems i need help!!!!!

I have a 92 Jeep Cherokee it revs up fine but when I’m going down the road it won’t go past 2,500-3,000 rpms I’ve Changed tps I put a new cap and button on my distributor I replaced the cps and its still doing the same thing if anyone knows could you help me out thanks

I had this problem when i first got my jeep. I bypassed the ballast resistor(it's a ceramic rectangle with two spade connectors on the driver side fender under the hood.) Just unplug the two female wires from it and connect them with a piece of 16 gauge wire. It is there just to quiet down the fuel pump. It could or could not fix your problem. It fixed mine.

are you talking abt these 2 green wires ??

Lack of power, especially at high rpm, could be a symptom of a plugged converter also.
