Default 91 XJ Seeking advise

Sorry for the long post
Sorting out a 91 XJ Laredo 6IL AW4. Waitng for Jeep Owners Bible to arrive.

The good:
Runs strong, passed State Saftey and Emmisions after relpacing:
cat, muffler, tailpipe, O2 sensor, spark plugs, coolant temp sensor, air filter, oil filter, thermostat (+ gasket) coolant flush and filled all other fluids.
Added BG RF7 to engine.
Tracks straight and brakes straight with a little pulsing.
Compass and Thermometer in overhead work.
All interior lights work.
Gauges all work

The bad:
Thinking rotors possibly warpped. Tire on passenger front shows a lot more wear on outside than normal. Possibly alignment or suspension issue ( read more parts)
Head liner rotted and ripped out with the glue flaking all over.
Overhead console out to recover with headliner.
Power locks inoperative
Power windows slow on the close, one appears to wobble in the track.
Clock inop'
Radio inop'
Cruise inop'
And of course then there is the floor pan rusted through in places and the oil leaks from where I do not know yet.

Went on highway run of approx 40 miles round trip and on the return I swear I saw white smoke in rear view mirror, but only when going over 60MPH. Thoughts anyone???

Searched here for how to get the overhead console appart and found nothing. I want to disassemble to recover along with the headliner, seriously thinking of the squirt can bedliner stuff.

Sorry again for the long post.

My immediate questions are:
Easiest way to get the floor console out.
Possible cause for smoking at highway speeds and not at city speeds or idle.
How the devil do you disassemble the overhead console.

TIA

Thinking rotors possibly warpped. Tire on passenger front shows a lot more wear on outside than normal. Possibly alignment or suspension issue ( read more parts);...... It's possible, tire is out of balance. Shifted belt, or lost a weight. Pull tire/rim off and roll across a level cement floor, should roll straight. If it hits you in the back, somethings wrong. Head liner rotted and ripped out with the glue flaking all over.
Overhead console out to recover with headliner.;.... They make kits to replace headliners (look on the Internet.) Common problem in jeeps. Cost me $50, to replace mine. Along with overhead console, Back to factory original look. Power locks inoperative;........... If you hear them moving, but don't lock/unlock. It's the connecting rod for the locking mechanism. There's plastic clips on the locking rod. Get old and break. Cheap fix, can get clips from auto parts store.
Power windows slow on the close, one appears to wobble in the track.;....While the doors are apart fixing the locks. lube up the window parts.
Clock inop' Radio inop' Cruise inop';....... Check the fuses.

You have to remove the trim pieces to remove the overhead, all of the trim pieces just hold it up. It doesn't make sense to me why it would smoke at high speeds versus town driving. Are you sure you arnt just seeing things? I do that with mine all the time =P

And the floor console is held down by the front seats, there are only 4 nuts for them and they are in the cab so they are ez sauce to remove. You also need to remove the center console which is also fairly easy.

Default Speedometer stops working sometimes

99 Jeep Cherokee. Sometimes the speedometer sticks on 0, nothing turns, if I tap on the glass in that area, it will flip up and work again.
Is there a fix for that?
