This xj has become my daily driver due to break down of other vehicles.
Past 6 months I have put on a new fuel pump and filter. Installed new injectors. Still idles a lil rough. Come to a stop and it stalls out. Hard to start back but will. In park. As soon as I put it in drive and accelerate it jumps and dies. Could the ethanol gas I use cause this?
Any help from the pros would be appreciated. Cant miss anymore work. Christmas is on me. Help. Thanks

 

My 91 does this same thing you describe.try unplugging your map sensor.see how it runs.see if you can at least drive it.I think mine is my sensor is fine it's in my computer.been chasing this problem for years.I just run it with the map sensor unplugged.if I plug it in and put my jeep in drive it just Bucks like crazy and has an idle fit.
