First post here... wondered if any else has heard of has this issue.
2011 Grand Cherokee V6 4x4 (Loredo X i think lol)

I absolutely love everything about this truck except this... on acceleration, if you just push the pedal normal, back off a touch, then back on... it bogs out big time. Like its not getting gas. The dealer re-programmed the ECU (or ECM or.. the computer.. lol) and I thought it helped at first, but I think i just wanted it to be fixed. Its not. It still does it. If you punch it, there is no issue.. it goes fine. if you get it to bog, you have to really gas it to get it to go again.

any suggestions? or is this normal... I have heard about the poor acceleration of these but I dont think this is what they mean. Its heavy, and if you floor it.. its not very fast lol.

Find a new dealer and get a second opinion. Most (almost all) of the guys in this forum have model years 2001 and older. A 2011 might as well be the space shuttle.

but.. the space shuttle is old.. like an antique? j/k
