OK, I had forgotten completely, but I THINK I have it. You make the U-Tube. While you are looking at it copy what's in the address bar, "into your mouse" is how I'd put it. Then just paste the link in your text.....This is a homemade noid light to test injector pulse. Works! I could have done a better job of it, but both U-Tube and the noid light were a first test.

Hey! 10 points, you done did it! I'm gonna guess a rocker pivot or maybe bent pushrod. Or a lifter. Probably not a big issue. Once on a chevy six with the VC off I went down them holding the rocker end down to find which one. A wooden hammer handle is better than your thumb Btw. I got oil all over everything at some point. Cruiser had some luck with MMO for a lifter knock. Sounds like the upper end to me there though. A hose or tube held to your ear should tell you about where that is coming from. Also listen through the oil filler hole.

Also will the pushrods/rockers from the ninety one go right in? Or just suck it up and buy some new ones? Don't want to buy a whole set If I need only one.

All rods and mating surfaces check out. 3 of them took a couple minutes to get oil to the top. Unless you guys have any good ideas I'm going to pull the head when I get it out.

I would replace that before doing another thing.
Go to Napa and get a Napa Gold filter. Frams are notorious pieces of junk. Just change the filter. Probably no oil will be lost since their anti-drainback valves are junk anyway.
