The picture/post says it all. One large wiring plug plugs into it, then where it went is plugged into the other side. It has Velcro that is intended to hold it. It may well be the gang from the signal switch. Also I don't know what that yellow box is. (Btw, that's the brake petal down there) Thoughts?

Yep, even on the ZJ it's stuck to the drivers side bulkhead with Velcro.Originally Posted by extrashaky
They attached those with velcro?
Thanks much all. Shaky, After cleaning the dust off the yellow box I saw embossed, "low speed adjustment", also it has two more adjustment screws. I'm gonna assume cruse control, and butten it all up.

About the yellow box? No, this is my first Jeep with Cruise....it doesn't work Btw.

Yellow box is cruise control, probably labeled "BENDIX". Velcro box is wiper speed/delay control... likely doesn't work, either. My cruise used to work but it doesn't anymore. I don't care enough to figure out why.
