89 renix crank but no start

The only way I got mine to run BEFORE I HARDWIRED IT was to push the backside of both connectors towards the middle, 1 wire at a time.......even then it would not maintain.

Sounds like the barrels are too big or the pins are too small.

Something screwy there. Directly off a Renix CPS (unplugged, cranking) .35 to .8 ACV is more like it. (.66?)
