89 Has spark and fuel won't start

89 Has spark and fuel won't start
So I have an 89 with the 4.0 has spark and fuel but won't start. New cps, distributer, coil, plugs, plug wires,starter, battery, ECM. Timing and compression is good. Sprayed starter fluid still a no go. Unplug the CPS cranks just fine, plug it in and it cranks then bogs down the cranks then bogs down. Tried 3 different crank sensors and no difference. I'm out of things to try. Any ideas?
