What should a 90 xj idle at warm and cold in and out of park?

Mine cold in park idles at 500 then when warm in park raises to 900-1000. In drive warm or cold it will idle 500-600ish.

When I searched all the posts seem to be high idle that lowers when warm with number above 1000rpms. But no one really gives any numbers.

 

I think both of mine idle around 650 when warm. When first started, my red one jumps up then comes down to 1000 and drops to 650 in about 20 seconds. My green one jumps to 800 and drops to 650. I used to have the emissions sheet with the idle speeds but not anymore.
