Default 88 Laredo - new clutch making BAD noise

I've got a 1988 Laredo 4.0L with the Peugeot 5 speed tranny. Last winter I replaced the master & slave clutch cylinders (with included throw-out bearing), the entire clutch, and the pilot (input) shaft bearing. The clutch I put in was supposed to be a heavy duty... at least that's what the box, and the extra cost told me.
After driving the Jeep around for several weeks I had some (unrelated) electrical problems that prevented me from driving it while I saved enough money to replace the ECM (that took a couple of months).
I got the Jeep back on the road and was able to drive it for several more weeks before the clutch started making a VERY LOUD, metal scraping noise. Now, whenever I push the clutch pedal down, I get a really loud noise coming from the clutch.

I took a video of it today;

The clutch components only have 1,807 miles on them... they are supposed to last longer than that, aren't they?!?!

If anyone recognizes this noise/behavior, I'd really appreciate your input.
