Fan shroud is there, that has never been touched. Basically I have no weird mods to the engine area, the car is basically stock.

Ok thank you everyone for the advice, I believe I will take the car to a place that worked on the jeep last summer, they do pretty good work. I will let everyone know how it turns out.
