Alright, I was working on my Jeep the other day and went to turn in on and got this awesome noise...
Earler that day I started it up and it ran just fine. Based on a visual check nothing is hitting, im going to check my flex plate later today to rule that out. But I need to find out what this noise is before i head back to school.

It's going to be a while before I find out if any damage has happened since I have to go back to collage in less than 36 hours. I feel like it's not enough time to get something going. I'll let everybody know what's going on as soon as I find out!

In the video it sure doesn't sound like a broken rod flailing around your block.
I personally have never seen a "thrown rod" without accompanying holes in the oil pan or block which will be spewing oil out of them.
The reason I asked about oil level is because it only sounded like a ticking which could happen if you were very low on oil.
