Drive the speed the vibes start at, and take curves in both directions (mountain highways) Mine would get worse turning towards the left and go away turning right, so I replaced the hub assembly on the left side. Its gone now.
Hmm. Well turning doesn't effect mine. Mine starts at 65 and progressively gets worse.

Sounds like to me that either the front or rear driveshaft has a worn out u-joint, or slip joint!

K ill say it again. Does the front spin on the freeway in 2wd?
I know that I could use a new u joint in the front. When i was taking apart my rear D/S when i put my new H&T and DC D/S in the rear, I kept the u joint caps. My front driveshaft had a cap go missing when I took it off, so I used a cap off my rear. I can see that while spinning fast how that could vibrate! but does it even spin that fast while driving? I thought the front axle is disengaged and the driveshaft is disengaged at the T-case in 2wd

Your front DS does turn while in 2wd, just as fast as the wheels are turning.

hmm, well maybe it needs a new axle side u joint and a good rebalance.
Thanks for the ideas. Hopefully that's it.

Honestly I dunno. I don't get on the freeways much. I will this summer, but since my lift and locker upgrade there hasn't been any high way miles. In my understanding, I don't know how it would vibrate, but I guess the locker could be the culprit, but I don't think so
