Drive the speed the vibes start at, and take curves in both directions (mountain highways) Mine would get worse turning towards the left and go away turning right, so I replaced the hub assembly on the left side. Its gone now.

I know that I could use a new u joint in the front. When i was taking apart my rear D/S when i put my new H&T and DC D/S in the rear, I kept the u joint caps. My front driveshaft had a cap go missing when I took it off, so I used a cap off my rear. I can see that while spinning fast how that could vibrate! but does it even spin that fast while driving? I thought the front axle is disengaged and the driveshaft is disengaged at the T-case in 2wd
