5 flat to 4 flat

5 flat to 4 flat
I wired in a factory 5 flat plug for a trailer out of my part jeep. They are both 86's. now I need I convert the 5 to a 4 flat. I know the ground and the reverse light. What ones are the tail and what are the blinkers? The colors of the wires are dark blue then gry/blck and then solid brown the reverse is a brown and white wire.
Need to know which ones are which h my seen anything on line if you can help me that would be nice...

Standard 4 wire is:
Green = Right
Yellow = Left
Brown = Tail/Running
White = ground
