The look of your sway bar indicates that the front axle has moved to the drivers side. Relocate your track bar and it should solve your problem.

I don't see the sway bar being an issue unless it is binding. There isn't anything that holds the way bar from moving from side to side really. it will move and flex as you drive it and like 93gc40 said it will likely settle once you put a few miles on it.
