Default 4.5 lift question

i just installed my RC 4.5 lift and im an idiot so i didnt think i'd need an adjustable track bar or a drop pitman arm... will ONE of these parts fix my problem or do i need BOTH???

the steering is off, the track bar i pulled to the max, an just basically all of the front streering components are out of wack, i think since its over 3.5" of lift i had to have the adj track bar...

Trackbar is required on lifts above 3", Pitarm not needed till you lift over 6". Steering issues is most likely alignment issues. Trackbar wont fix the steering issue, New TREs and an alignment (Toe and Caster) should.

**** guys... im sorry, i forgot to drill a new hole over for the track bar, im looking at it in the instructions right now (as i bang my head on the table)

will an alignment fix this???

this is a pic of a vertical shot of the drivers side suspension, as you can see by the sway bar link its being pulled to the left, i just drilled the new hole for the stock track bar as i was told and idk...

Driving may fix that. The axle and sway bar will center themselves once you get it on the ground and take a short drive . Alignment might help also. I would mount the link with the bolt on the inside and the nut on the outside, more clearance that way. What does the other side look like.

you will need an adjustable track bar to take care of that. the track bar is what moves the axle from side to side

but the rough country guy said as long as i drilled a new hole for my stock track bar 3/4" to the right of the original one it'll take care of the problem

drilling a hole to move the stock TB is a band aid not a fix. i have seen those holes wallow out of time. maybe you drilled a hole alittle to far to the driver side??
