Default 320k mile filter change...

320k miles and 28 years .... I never even knew this filter existed !

blew it off with compressed air and put it back in.

We will revisit this in another 100k miles or so.....

Wow, My 2001 has 355k and never knew either...will pop that can open next time I get some free time. I wonder if clogged keeps evap msg away? Thanks for the info...did you open for a reason or just curiosity...

My understanding of the how the EVAP system works is, a clogged component will produce the check engine light as quickly as a leaking component. I read this while chasing an EVAP leak of my own for a couple seasons.

I was looking at the sticker on the firewall and it occurred to me... Filter??? what filter....

popped the cover and what do you know..... really wasn't that dirty..... minor dust and crud on one side.

Took mine out today...hit it gently with wire brush...not much of anything, inside clean...355K
